LocationOur preference is for candidates who are willing to relocate to Geraldton and contribute onsite from our local office.
However, for the right candidate, we also offer flexibility with a dedicated workspace available at our South Perth office to support remote collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate, scope, estimate works and larger projects within the desired response timeUtilise GHS Solutions systems of work, to track opportunities through to estimates and sales ordersInitiate and coordinate procurement, with suppliers and sub-contractorsHandover works won to relevant team members within the participating business unit Engage with clients and all stakeholders via clear, consistent communication, upholding GHS valuesCreate concept design drawings as requiredThis role would suit an individual with:Australian recognised Trade Certificate or Degree/Diploma QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years experience in mechanical maintenance and project delivery.Demonstrated experience in estimating project costings, resourcing and schedulesProject and planning experience required.
MS Project knowledge desirableDemonstrated experience in tender coordination and submission requirementsAbility to liaise between client and internal stakeholdersExperienced trade qualified project leader will be considered also.Motivated and hardworking with a professional attitudeHold a current drivers licenseAbility to pass a medical and D&A screenOther Abilities:Great communication skillsHigh attention to detailHigh level computer skills, with experience using MS Projects, Excel and Word.
