We are looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and can drive both performance and work practices inside a high-volume Sales function.
As our Customer Service Team Leader, you will lead from the front — overseeing daily workflow while personally setting the benchmark for quoting accuracy, CRM discipline, margin integrity and customer responsiveness.
You’ll be the escalation point when things get complex. You’ll drive governance, eliminate recurring issues and ensure we solve problems once, not repeatedly.
You’ll also take ownership as our Fittings Champion — growing a strategically important, high-margin product category by working closely with Territory Managers and ensuring fittings are captured in every viable project opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead & Set the Standard
* Direct daily workflow of a busy Customer Service team
* Act as escalation point for pricing, freight and customer issues
Own Commercial Accuracy
* Process quotes with speed and precision
* Maintain 100% pricing authority compliance
* Protect margin and identify leakage risks
* Drive CRM next-action discipline
Grow the Fittings Portfolio
* Act as internal product expert
* Support bundling strategies to lift margin capture
* Assist in developing tools and education to increase penetration across Rural, Mining, Industrial & Civil sectors
Drive Continuous Improvement
* Reduce repeat complaints through root cause focus
* Improve quote turnaround times and conversion
* Strengthen process governance and forecasting reliability
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in customer service or sales administration within manufacturing or industrial environments
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* High-volume quoting capability with strong data accuracy
* Commercially aware — you understand margin, pricing authority and risk
* Advanced CRM competency
* Calm under pressure and structured in your approach
* Direct communicator with high personal accountability
