About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology specialist to join our team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver and execute our current and future services offerings.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition. You will also assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems, working within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution for the client.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of our technology solutions and the ability to map client's business needs to our offerings. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to develop strong client relationships.
Here are some specific requirements for this role:
* 5+ years' experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
* MS Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
* Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications.
* Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
* Working knowledge with hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder.
* Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation, including integration and data migration.
* Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management.
