Senior Financial Adviser – Eastern & Western Melbourne
$150K+ (depending on experience) | 100-120 FFS clients | Accounting-aligned firm
A large, well-established advisory firm aligned to a reputable accounting practice is seeking x2 experienced Financial Advisers to join its growing team in Melbourne.
We are recruiting for:
* Eastern Suburbs (near Ringwood)
* Western Suburbs (Williamstown / Sunbury region)
These roles are suited to advisers who enjoy working within a professional services environment, supported by strong referral pathways and an established client base.
The Opportunity
* Manage 100-120 fee-for-service clients
* Work closely with an integrated accounting division
* Receive consistent internal referral flow
* Focus on delivering high-quality, compliant advice
* Supported by paraplanning and client services teams
* Contribute to ongoing growth initiatives
This is not a cold-start role. You will step into an established client book within a structured and well-supported advice framework.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced Financial Adviser (5+ years preferred)
* FASEA compliant and authorised to provide personal advice
* Strong relationship management skills
* Commercially minded with growth orientation
* Comfortable operating within an accounting-aligned model
* Professional, credible and long-term focused
