About the role
Kelley Covey Group Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Civil Designer/Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a full-time civil designer/engineer, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, contributing your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills. What you'll be doing
· Producing detailed civil engineering designs, including plans, drawings and specifications for a variety of projects such as roads, drainage systems, utilities and site developments
· Conducting engineering analyses, feasibility studies and technical investigations to support project planning and delivery
· Collaborating with project stakeholders, clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met
· Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
· Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations and best practices
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes and procedures
What we're looking for
· Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in civil design and project delivery
· Proficiency in the use of civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and hydraulic modelling tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Familiarity with relevant Australian standards, codes and regulations
· A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
