Infrastructure Engineering
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Hervey Bay
Salary: Stream A Level 4 - $90,267 plus superannuation
Work Schedule: 9-day fortnight
What Your Day Will Look Like
* Support engineering planning, research and investigation activities
* Coordinate and administer external consultants and project inputs
* Contribute to strategies, forward works programs and project submissions
* Provide technical advice on road, traffic and transport matters
* Assist with estimates, costings, project and financial reporting
* Support correspondence, CRM management, records and documentation
What You'll Need For Success
* Current Class C or CA Queensland driver licence
* Experience supporting project management activities and investigations
* Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and legislation
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities
Nice To Have
* Certificate IV (or higher) in a civil engineering related field
* Experience working in a local government environment
* Familiarity with Austroads, MUTCD, QUDM and Australian Standards
