We are seeking a dedicated Complex Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based behaviour support for individuals with disabilities. In this pivotal role, you will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop and implement effective behaviour support plans, and coach staff, families, and other stakeholders in positive, proactive approaches. With a focus on reducing restrictive practices and improving quality of life, you'll ensure compliance with NDIS and legislative requirements, support organisational growth through service promotion, and contribute to ongoing policy and practice improvements. The ideal candidate will bring advanced understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), participate in professional supervision, and may provide peer or junior practitioner support.
