We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This role is a fixed term contract opportunity for 12 months, with potential for transition to permanent employment.
About the Role
* Provide clinical care and support to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical care standards, aged care legislation, and best practices in home care.
* Develop and implement person-centered care plans that ensure the dignity, safety, and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
2. Relevant Nursing Qualification, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in aged care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
5. Commitment to person-centered care and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
6. Current First Aid and CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
7. Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
