Project Coordinator Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a major national program. The Project Coordinator will work alongside Program and Project Managers to drive complex project activities and governance, ensuring everything stays aligned, controlled, and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day coordination and admin support across key project delivery activities
* Organise meetings, forums, workshops and manage communications and project registers
* Support reporting cycles, governance requirements, and compliance activities
* Assist with risk, issue, decision and change tracking
* Support finance processes and liaise with ENMP PMO Finance for budget alignment
* Own and manage project documentation and information management processes
* Coordinate internal communications and create weekly team updates
* Assist with stakeholder mapping, meeting coordination, travel planning, and resource onboarding/offboarding
Requirements:
* Strong experience coordinating large programs or projects in structured environments
* Confident with governance, registers, information management, and finance tracking
* Australian Citizen (Must be eligible for Baseline Clearance)
* Experience within government or aviation environments is highly regarded
