About The Role
At the Northeast Auto Group, we provide our customers with the best possible experience. We have the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service team. As a Service Advisor your primary focus will be assisting our customers with bookings, ongoing communications throughout their service or repair, invoicing and vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensuring it is always up to date
* Customer check in
* Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customers
* Assisting the service team with all customers facing aspects of the department
* Answering phones and emails
* General administration duties
About You
We are looking for someone that is a great team player and is dedicated to providing the first‐class customer service every time.
* Customer Service experience
* Ability to communicate the value of our service and repairs
* Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Current Driver's License
