Your Key Responsibilities
* Payroll Excellence – End-to-end processing, reporting, compliance
* Financial Accuracy – BAS, reconciliations, asset register
* Accounts Management – Payables, receivables, general ledger
* Team Support – Administration and collaborative problem-solving
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll and accounts (including banking and superannuation)
* Strong knowledge of payroll principles, NES, Fair Work, PAYG tax, BAS, and ATO compliance
* Proficiency in MYOB (essential) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
* Effective communicator with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
* Valid Australian work rights
