We are seeking a friendly and experienced part-time receptionist to work at our stunning riverfront hotel in Kangaroo Point. As a receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring that they have an enjoyable stay.
We are looking for a candidate who is available to work 2-3 days per week including 1 day on the weekend. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Core Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
* Check guests in and out of the hotel
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
* Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
* Make reservations and handle cancellations
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Prepare cleaners roster and linen order
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a receptionist in a 4-5 star hotel environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to think quickly and solve problem promptly
* Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and procedures
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
