The purpose of the role
To help our customers achieve this mission, we are excited to announce a newly created role within our AI Business Solutions Team, Senior AI Workforce Specialist for Federal Government.
The AI Workforce Specialist is a creative, accomplished, and experienced new business solutions seller with a proven track record of excellence in Solutions Sales for a SaaS-based company or similar technologies. They are obsessed with understanding our customer's requirements, creative at imagining solutions to address their needs and articulate in their ability to communicate these solutions.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to share our value for our mission, culture, ethical sales, solving complex challenges and building sustainable partnerships with clients. You will also need to have experience:
* 5+ Years proven track record of excellence in Solutions Sales for a SaaS-based company or similar technology.
* Experience selling into the ACT or Federal Government is ideal but not essential.

* Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
* Lead conversations with business and IT decision makers, sharing best practices and competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert.
* Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting.
* Deliver results while embodying Microsoft values, treating others with fairness and respect.
* Support team members in exceeding their potential, actively contributing to the team culture, fostering positivity, and sharing knowledge.
