CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Officer to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale projects across the NT. This site-based role, working on a 5/2 and 4/3 roster, offers a unique opportunity to provide hands-on payroll and HR support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll manage payroll processes, leave adjustments, allowances, and employee enquiries, while partnering with site leaders to ensure accurate, timely payroll and compliance, supporting a positive and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities: Provide payroll support for 720 employees, including leave adjustments, allowances, and payroll discrepancies. Manage high-volume payroll transactions and respond to employee/leader enquiries. Use Ellipse, Workflow, Outlook, Power BI, and internal HR/payroll systems to process and monitor payroll. Meet payroll cut-off deadlines and follow up on overpayments for timely resolution. Support HR team with position changes, probation follow-ups, phone screenings, and general HR enquiries.
