Reporting to the Executive Manager, Transform and Transition within Field Partnerships, you will be the key connection point between nbn and our Delivery Partners, ensuring performance excellence across our non-fixed line portfolio. With a strong focus on collaboration and shared success, you’ll lead the governance and performance management of our partners, using your deep understanding of operational frameworks, risk controls, and performance metrics to drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll be supported by a dedicated team of Partner Performance Specialists, Quality and Innovation Managers, and Operational Delivery experts, working together to deliver insights, manage escalations, and ensure our partners are empowered to meet and exceed expectations. Your role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, managing risks, and ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld. By fostering strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability—ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. A bit about you You are a relationship builder at heart, with a natural ability to bring people together to solve complex challenges. With at least five years of experience in the telecommunications industry—ideally within mobile, fixed wireless, or satellite environments—you bring a strong technical understanding of wireless network topology, RAN, and transmission equipment. Your background in Delivery Partner management, combined with your project management expertise and analytical mindset, enables you to navigate operational complexity with confidence and clarity. You thrive in environments where collaboration and purpose go hand in hand. Your approach is proactive and solutions-focused, and you’re comfortable leading through influence, managing escalations, and driving performance uplift across diverse teams. You understand the importance of governance and compliance, and you’re skilled at translating insights into action. With a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes, you’ll be a trusted partner and a key contributor to nbn’s mission of connecting communities and enabling progress.
