- Support procurement activities and administer subcontractor agreements in line with head contracts.
- Process claims, variations, payments, and contractual notices.
- Maintain subcontractor databases, As-Built Manuals, Warranties, and Guarantees.
- Assist in forecasting and project cost reporting.
- Prepare internal and external project reports in line with deadlines.
- Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in contracts administration.
- Proficiency with CHEOPS (essential).
- Experience with Procore and ProcurePro (advantageous).
- Strong skills in procurement, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Ability to compile delay notices, variations, RFIs, and other contractual documentation.
- Well-established trade relationships (references highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
