About the company
Our client is a high-end, multi award-winning dental practice in the Southern Highlands region, recognised for exceptional patient experience and clinical standards. With 6 chairs, a large support team and a strong clinician group (including OHTs/therapists), the practice is set up for efficient, high-quality dentistry with excellent internal support.
There is also the option to work across a second nearby clinic within the group for added variety and patient demand.
About the position
Our client is looking for a General Dentist to join our clients' team with flexibility on days (to be discussed based on current dentist capacity). This opportunity suits a dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and restorative work, and who wants to practice in a premium environment where systems and support enable you to do your best work.
A key advantage of this role is the clinical structure: Oral Health Therapists take care of routine checks and cleans, allowing you to focus on more complex, higher-value dentistry and treatment planning.
Your clinical scope may include:
* Comprehensive examinations, diagnostics and treatment planning
* Restorative dentistry including composite fillings, crowns and bridges
* Veneers and cosmetic dentistry (where appropriate)
* Root canal therapy and management of dental pain
* Extractions and urgent dental care (within your scope)
* Full-mouth rehabilitation and complex case sequencing
* Preventive education and long-term oral health strategies for patients
Key requirements
* Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
* Confident communicator with a patient-first, high-quality approach
* Comfortable with general dentistry and treatment planning
* Team-focused mindset and willingness to collaborate with OHTs and clinicians
* All experience levels considered (a dentist confident with more complex cases will be highly regarded)
On offer
* Flexible scheduling (days negotiable)
* Premium, established practice with strong reputation and repeat patient demand
* Large, experienced support team and a collaborative clinical group
* 6-chair facility with efficient systems and a smooth patient flow
* OHT coverage for routine hygiene/checks to free you up for complex work
* Option to work across a second nearby clinic for additional variety
* An environment that supports professional growth and advanced case exposure
