Job Title
A high-performing, detail-loving, and delivery-obsessed eCommerce Delivery Manager is required to join our Digital Delivery Team.
This brand-new role is a rare chance to make your mark in a business that's reshaping retail.
The ideal candidate will be the essential link between our eCommerce team and development agency, leading the delivery of new digital features, BAU improvements, and full-scale website releases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Orchestrate delivery across multiple brands and streams (from BAU to new features)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, eComm Project Managers, Trade Managers, and agency partners
* Scope, brief, and manage the delivery of development tasks and enhancements
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support training initiatives
* Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders — keeping projects on track and expectations aligned
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience working with Magento and/or PWA tech stacks
* 3+ years in a retail-focused development delivery role
* Deep technical understanding of eComm integrations and website architecture
* Strong experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
* Excellent stakeholder management, with sharp communication and prioritisation skills
