In this role you will:
Adopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs regarding skill, continuity and availability.
Integrate new nurses into the workforce.
Effectively interview, register and find work for new recruits.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and nurses/carers.
Rostering healthcare workers using HCA's booking system
Effectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound
Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment or call centre environment; preferably in either Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly desirable
A high level of attention to detail
Superior customer service skills
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Intermediate PC literacy - MS Office
A focus on achieving targets within key deadlines
