Benson Radiology, one of South Australia’s most respected medical imaging providers, is on the hunt for a sharp, detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. About the Opportunity:
This is a key role within our finance team. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function — managing payments, vendor relationships, and cash flow with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end invoice processing, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records.
What You’ll Do:
* Process and verify invoices accurately and on time
* Build strong relationships with our valued vendors
* Track expenses and support monthly reporting
* Manage bank reconciliations
* Managing cash flow
* Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations
* Provide bookkeeping support to the Finance Manager as required
About You:
* Finance or Accounting qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure
* A high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information
* Great communication skills — you’re clear, approachable, and easy to work with
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for learning and service excellence
* The ability to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team
