The Role
This is a full-time Associate Dentist position providing a broad scope of general dentistry. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own patient base while working within a supportive team environment.
Remuneration
* 40% commission structure
* Higher percentage negotiable for experienced or senior dentists
* Strong existing patient flow and opportunity to quickly establish a full schedule

* Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
* Excellent clinical and communication skills

* Professionalism and ethical treatment planning
* Additional consideration will be given to candidates who:
* Have experience in cosmetic dentistry
* Have training or interest in facial aesthetic procedures
* Are motivated to expand their clinical skill set
