Job Title: Technical Recruiter – IT Recruitment Specialist

Location: Onsite Charlotte (near uptown)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical recruiter to lead IT recruitment efforts across various roles and technologies for our clients. This fully remote position is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual who excels in sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment lifecycle for specialized IT positions. Success in this role will be measured by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and more.
* Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms to identify top-tier IT talent.
* Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
* Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand job requirements, technical needs, and project goals to identify the ideal candidate profile.
* Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring IT roles by leveraging proactive recruitment strategies and market insights.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all recruitment policies, maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and provide regular recruitment metrics and updates to stakeholders.
* Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices to guide recruitment strategies effectively.

KPI Metrics and Measured Performance Expectations:

To ensure success in this role, the recruiter will be evaluated on the following measurable KPIs:

* Calls Per Day: Minimum of 40 recruitment calls per day to engage candidates, conduct screenings, and build relationships.
* Submissions Per Day: At least 3-5 candidate submissions per day into the Applicant Tracking System (Crelate) for assigned job requirements.
* Submission to Interview Ratio: Maintain a high-quality ratio of candidates submitted to interviews conducted (target: 4 submissions per interview).
* Interview to Offer Ratio: Deliver candidates that result in a strong ratio of interviews to offers extended (target: 3 interviews per offer).
* Offer Acceptance Rate: Ensure an offer acceptance rate of at least 90% by effectively managing candidate expectations and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Time to Submit: Average time to submit a qualified candidate for a role should not exceed 24-48 hours from job requisition receipt.
* Activity Tracking: Daily and weekly reporting on metrics, pipeline activity, and progress toward meeting goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Minimum of 8 years of experience recruiting for IT roles across multiple domains and levels.
* Strong technical acumen and familiarity with IT tools, languages, and platforms (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, ServiceNow).
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Crelate) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment metrics and KPIs.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic client needs in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with hiring compliance regulations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience recruiting for both public and private sector IT roles.
* Knowledge of visa and work authorization processes (H1B, EAD, Green Card, etc.).
* Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, or SHRM-CP.
