We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team.
You'll work closely with our creative team to ensure every piece of content is produced with precision, creativity, and an understanding of each client's unique brand.
This role goes beyond video editing. As FLVR continues to expand, you'll have the opportunity to influence our creative direction, lead significant projects and grow into a leadership position.
About You
* 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally with content in the construction, architecture, or property sectors.
* Highly skilled in DaVinci Resolve Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro. This role will require you to have your own account as it is remote.
* A confident visual storyteller with a strong eye for cinematic composition, colour, and style.
* Familiarity with sound design, cinematic effects, motion graphics, or animation to enhance production quality.
* Strong awareness of current creative trends and visual styles, with the ability to guide and direct on-site teams to capture footage in line with the intended vision.
* Ability to interpret briefs clearly while confidently applying creative flair to elevate the final outcome.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising directly with the creative team and clients to ensure feedback is understood and implemented.
* Able to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
* Editing both cinematic long-form and fast-paced short-form content, for our customers and the FLVR brand.
* Repurposing content for the FLVR brand.
* Collaborating with the creative team to ensure projects meet client objectives and align with brand direction.
* Providing creative input and ideas to enhance overall production value and storytelling.
* Guiding and directing the on-site team to ensure all footage is captured to meet the creative vision.
* Incorporating sound design, motion graphics, or other enhancements to lift production quality.
* Managing and organising video assets and project files for efficient workflow and easy access.
* Working on a range of projects from concept to delivery, maintaining consistency in style and quality across all content.
