We're looking for a Senior Creative to join our social editorial team in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, understands how to turn strategy into standout content, and enjoys leading ideas from concept through to performance reporting.
You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality social content across paid and organic channels. This is a hands‐on creative role with strategic influence, mentoring responsibility, and direct client collaboration.
The Role
As Senior Creative, you'll bring brand and campaign strategy to life through smart, culturally relevant social content. You'll lead ideation, oversee production, and ensure work is delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll also partner closely with client services and the wider creative team to deliver work that not only looks great but performs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the planning, creation, and rollout of social content programs across multiple platforms
* Develop platform‐specific content strategies and tactical approaches
* Ideate and pitch social‐first concepts across static, video, and motion
* Build and manage monthly content calendars, including scheduling and publishing
* Design and produce social assets, collaborating with designers and art directors on advanced visual and animated content
* Support and organise social video shoots, including pre‐production, talent coordination, and locations
* Capture and edit video content using in‐app tools and Adobe Creative Suite
* Deliver content end‐to‐end from concept to implementation and reporting
* Present performance reports with clear insights and optimisation recommendations
* Engage directly with client partners to align creative with strategy and gather feedback
* Contribute to new business pitches and cross‐functional creative projects
* Mentor and guide junior creatives
What You Bring
* Creative & Strategic Thinking
You're a strong conceptual thinker who can translate strategy into compelling social content. You understand platform behaviour, trends, and audience mindset, and you know how to connect big ideas with precise execution.
* Content Craft & Production
You're confident across static, video, and motion content. You're experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable using in‐app editing tools like CapCut and TikTok. You can support or direct shoots and manage the process from pre‐production through to final edit.
You work well with designers, producers, and client services teams. You communicate clearly, give thoughtful, creative feedback, and build trusted relationships with client partners through clarity and follow‐through.
