Executive Housekeeper – NSW
Ozone is seeking a hands-on, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:Take a hands-on approach in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across assigned sites.Manage, train, and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality standards.Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of cleaning supplies.Collaborate with management and clients to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role (hotel, property, or commercial cleaning industry preferred). ✅ Robust people management skills with a willingness to lead by example. ✅ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards. ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. ✅ Flexibility with working hours, including weekends if required.
