Your new role
The firm are seeking multiple motivated and detail-oriented 0-2 year PAE Lawyers to join either their Property or Commercial Litigation teams. These roles provide an excellent opportunity to hone your property or litigation skills. The property role responsibilities will be as follows:
* Assist with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
* Conduct property searches and prepare legal documents.
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Support senior lawyers with commercial property matters.
* Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on property law developments.
* Assist on commercial matters when required by their commercial team focussed on the finance sector.
The litigation focussed role will require the below:
* Assisting with the preparation and management of litigation files
* Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
* Attending court appearances and mediations
* Advising clients on commercial litigation issues and risks
* Collaborating with senior lawyers on complex cases
What you'll need to succeed
* 0-2 years PAE accompanied by 2+ years legal experience.
* Experience in either the property or litigation field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.
