About the Role
* Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager – High Voltage Services to support our Brisbane operations on a full‐time permanent basis.
* This is a technically led business development role, requiring the ability to engage credibly with engineering, asset and operational stakeholders in high voltage environments.
* Our Electrical Services are centred on specialised High Voltage Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance (core focus), supported by Low Voltage and Instrumentation capabilities.
* You will work alongside operational leaders and a parallel BDM responsible for EPC and engineering solutions, with a focus on developing and converting services‐led opportunities and cross‐selling Powertech's broader capability.
What You Will Be Doing
* Identify, develop and close high‐value technical services opportunities.
* Build, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline.
* Develop tailored technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
* Cross‐sell Powertech services across existing and new client portfolios.
* Engage senior stakeholders including executives, engineers, asset owners, and plant managers.
* Lead negotiations and deliver commercially sound outcomes.
About You

You understand how electrical assets are operated and maintained and can translate technical capability into commercial outcomes.

Requirements
* Proven success in business development or technical sales roles.
* Strong commercial acumen with a value‐based selling approach.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to operate credibly in technical electrical environments, particularly high voltage.
Strongly Preferred
* Electrical Trade or Electrical Engineering background.
* Experience in Mining, Utilities, Oil & Gas or Renewables sectors, with exposure to high voltage environments.

* Building a high‐quality pipeline of technical opportunities.
* Converting technical discussions into awarded work.
* Expanding services penetration across strategic clients.
