Join the dedicated team at Cleve MPS where you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our facilities remain clean, welcoming, and hygienic for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high standard of cleaning throughout the health service, including mopping, vacuuming, polishing floors, dusting, and window cleaning. Change curtains, clean sanitary areas, and maintain cleanliness in non-patient areas and toilets. Perform waste collection, removal, and disposal. Assist with the loading, unloading, and transport of linen and equipment. What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and interact with staff at all levels. Flexibility to work with different rosters and settings. Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Basic knowledge of safe working conditions, Food Safety Standards, and Infection Control processes. Experience in housekeeping, cooking, catering, or laundry is advantageous but not essential. Competence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs.
