Our client is a well-respected, boutique accounting firm seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Admin with a can-do attitude to join their team. This firm prides itself on having a close-knit team and their main focus is on building long-lasting relationships and partnering with small businesses.
**Your recent role**
Your new role will see you providing administration support to the Director and Accountants. In this integral role, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling reception and being the first point of contact for walk in clients (you wouldn’t be using a switchboard and it won’t involve nonstop calls)
- Diary management
- Handling ATO correspondence
- Maintaining the client database
- Document preparation
- Client liaison
- ASIC compliance
- Providing assistance to the Accounting team as required
- General administrative duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, etc
**What you'll need to succeed**
This down to earth firm is seeking an accomplished, enthusiastic and proactive individual who demonstrates the following:
- Recent administration and receptionist experience in professional services
- Experience working in an accounting firm or law firm is desirable
- Professional and polished presentation
- Impeccable communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to hit the ground running in a high-volume role
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
