Production Coordinator
The Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production elements of the Festival's events
- Supervise the smooth running of venues during the festival, coordinating casual staff and liaising with venue staff
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders on the day to day running of the Festival
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Manager and Event Producer in the coordination of production and events elements of the AFF program
- Ensure all aspects of the production, stage presentation and events comply with the relevant regulations regarding occupational health and safety
- Prepare production schedules, event runsheets and briefing documents using AFF software and systems
- Equipment and vehicle logistics coordination
- Develop rostering for casual staff pool
- Liaise with AFF venues where necessary to ensure technical requirements are met
Key Requirements
- Experience working in events and festivals as a production coordinator and/or stage manager
- Experience working with production suppliers, requesting and comparing quotes, purchase ordering, maintaining budgets
- Robust organisational and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast‐paced live event environments
