About the role
We're seeking a part-time Front Desk Extraordinaire—someone with a vibrant spirit and a passion for exceptional customer service.
This role involves fostering a friendly and lively atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with helpful local insights, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing information to ensure a pleasant stay.
The successful candidate will resolve guest concerns or disputes, escalating to management when necessary.
Our close-knit team provides support across the hostel as needed, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable and a team player.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service in an accommodation setting
Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
