* Lead store operations excellence through effective stock management, loss prevention, and employee engagement.
* Attract, retain, and develop talent to build a capable and succession-planned team.
* Maintain a safe working environment, focusing on wellbeing and promoting CRG values.
* Build and manage store rosters, balancing customer and team needs.
* Communicate brand strategy and expectations to team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and shared success.
Requirements
