THE POSITION Critical to this role is the ability to manage and maintain strong client partnerships while delivering exceptional service, safety, and quality standards across all sectors within contractual and budgeted requirements. Oversee all contracted services within the facility, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, safety, and service excellence. Develop and maintain strong client and contractual relationships across a wide stakeholder group. Build operational quality and safety leadership capabilities within the Management team to deliver exceptional service and drive growth through client partnerships. Foster a culture of care and respect, leading people-related initiatives to enhance team engagement. Maintain financial accountability, achieve profit targets, and identify opportunities for business growth through contract expansion. Ensure compliance with all company policies and promote robust contract governance. THE PERSON Proven experience managing complex, highly compliant operational contracts and budgets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and manage both unionised and non-unionised teams. Passionate about high standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex political environments. Strong operational understanding and the ability to identify areas for improvement. Experience in multi-service/facilities management within the healthcare sector is highly desirable. Qualifications in Management are advantageous.
