With a team of over 50 staff that includes skilled technicians within their field who strive to succeed and be the best in their industry, supported by a great team of administration and managers.

At Oceanside we pride ourselves with our exceptional, honest and reliable Customer Service. Our various scope of expertise include General Electrical, TV, Phone, Data, Air Conditioning and Solar Power. Within these areas, we do a range of tasks including installation, fault find/diagnosis, repair and maintenance.
The Position
We are looking for a personable, detail-orientated service manager to join our growing organisation on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service experience, maintain strong relationships with suppliers and lead a team of technicians. The candidate will need to be a positive, energetic leader who excels in working in a collaborative environment.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee all Electrical and Air Conditioning Services
- Delegate and direct service tasks.
- Monitor the progress of all current and pending projects
- Manage and update invoices
- Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
- Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations and law.
- Help train employees in company procedures, including safe work awareness.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, regulations and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.

Skills & Experience
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in domestic maintenance and service role
- a Current QLD Electrical License
- In depth knowledge of SAA wiring rules
- High regard for safety awareness
- Competent with electrical testing and fault finding procedures
- Have excellent time management skills with a demanding workload
- A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer sales.
- Work well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease.
- Organised, productive and results driven.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Computer literate and proficient with CRM or Job Management software systems.
