Stone oven operation
Quality control and plating consistency

Maintaining food safety standards
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 3 years professional experience in Neapolitan pizza-making
Skilled in traditional wood-fired oven techniques
Understanding of Italian pizza standards and processes
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and leadership abilities
