The Role
 * Work alongside experienced pastry chefs as a casual Baker focused on creating special dining moments.

 * 2-3 years' experience working in a bakery or restaurant producing handmade bread and pastries from scratch.
 * Good knowledge of baking and pastry techniques executed to a high standard.
 * Well-presented, calm under pressure, organised and able to follow direction.
 * Possess a passion for creating fresh artisan breads for a bespoke dining experience.
