We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, hands‑on, and thrives on building strong relationships. Experience with sheet and coil products, such as laser and pattern plate will be highly regarded.
As a key member of the business, you'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and positioning yourself as a trusted expert who adds real value.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Build strong, lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
* Work closely with sales, processing, warehouse, and transport teams.
* Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
* Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Office with confidence.

* Experience in steel, external sales, customer service, processing, or production is an advantage—but not essential.
