Opportunity
As a Floor Manager, you will be our Senior Beauty Advisor and will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast-paced, exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
Be the role model for your team, embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and development.
Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Senior Beauty Advisors.
Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with management.
Serve as the point of contact when acting as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast-member matters, confidently making store decisions.
In this role, you will work across all our categories – beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness – as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
You will receive initial onboarding training and continuous learning via our unique online platform and field trainers.
Qualifications
Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
Previous retail management experience across profit & loss management, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for daily reporting.
A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your team succeed.
A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the Sephora brand.
A passion to maintain a strong, positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and empowered to succeed through feedback, coaching, learning, and recognition.
A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity.
As our busiest days of trade are Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide five full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
