**Your day to day**
You will be responsible for promptly attending to incoming telephone accommodation reservations
You will be efficiently addressing any guest enquiries, cancellations or amendments to reservations
You will be agile in your approach and address reservations from either online, leisure or the corporate market with ease.
**What we need from you**
Whilst not essential, you will ideally have a proven ability in the proficient use of Opera Property Management System and have worked within an International Hotel environment.
What is essential is that you will have strong sales approach with an ability to upsell, exceptional telephone manner, flawless organisation skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, pride in providing outstanding guest service at all times, and you know how to enjoy yourself at work.
