Job Description

At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare to every patient, every time. Due to growth and demand, I-MED is offering a Full‐Time Permanent position (Part‐Time and casual will be considered) for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist within a busy private hospital setting in the Eastern Region (Box Hill). Hours run from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with on‐call and weekend duties required. Reporting to the department supervisor, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of nuclear medicine, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and quality‐control procedures to the highest standard, and working as part of a dynamic team. The role also requires flexibility to work across extended hours to meet demand.

Key Accountabilities
* Perform all aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radio‐pharmaceutical preparation and quality‐control procedures to the highest standard.
* Consistently deliver high levels of patient care and service.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers.
* Promote and maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff.
* Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
* Applicants must be AHPRA Registered.
* Diagnostic CT accreditation.
