This successful growing company is seeking an experienced HR Manager for their expanding Queensland based office which is part of a nationally recognised private company.
About the role:
Fantastic opportunity to step into a diverse Human Resources Manager role and truly make a difference with driving thought leadership strategy and responsible for a broad operational HR portfolio.
This role reports into local leadership and is extremely diverse in its remit - from strategy development to attending to hands-on HR operational matters.
You will be highly motivated, take ownership and pride in service delivery, and problem solving, and be a dynamic starter-finisher. You will need to work well under pressure and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly in interacting with employees and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Develop, implement, review, and advise on HR strategy and reporting along with accountability for ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures procedures.
Support line managers in their Recruitment Process
Uplift capability across operations and provide advice regarding annual performance reviews along with implementing employee development plans and assisting with employee counseling as required
Draft employment contracts, obtain executive signage, and manage the offer and acceptance process.
Assists in providing HR/IR advice to internal stakeholders (such as ensuring procedural fairness in workplace investigations)
About you:
You should be able to traverse both strategy and tactics as well as broad operational delivery - demonstrating a versatile agile approach
You should demonstrate broad HR capability including performance management, IR/Fair Work, HR policies and procedures, and award interpretation.
You should be results orientated, with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Your communication communication skills should be exceptional with a collaborative relationship-oriented style to allow effective engagement across all stakeholders.
