This is a rare opportunity to step into a high‐visibility Personal Assistant role, supporting senior leaders across People and Stakeholder Engagement and Group Legal.
You will provide trusted support to up to 4 senior leaders within People and Stakeholder Engagement, with shared and ad hoc support, giving you valuable exposure to executive‐level work. You will also support Board‐related activity, providing exposure to governance and Board‐level processes.
For an experienced PA, this role offers meaningful variety, senior stakeholder interaction and the opportunity to gain insight into how a large ASX‐listed organisation operates at both executive and Board level.
Highly organised, confident and adaptable Personal Assistant to support four senior leaders in total within the People and Stakeholder Engagement team on a fixed term contract of up to six months.
The contract length is flexible and may be shorter depending on candidate availability, up to a maximum of six months.
The role is based in Sydney, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days from home.
What You'll Do
This is a diverse and high‐impact PA role requiring discretion, sound judgement and confidence working with senior leaders.
PA Support to Senior Leaders
* Provide Personal Assistant support to senior leaders within the People and Stakeholder Engagement team, with shared ad hoc support
* Manage diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements across multiple leaders
* Proactively coordinate schedules, anticipate conflicts and support leaders to manage competing priorities effectively
* Communicate capacity clearly and professionally, ensuring sustainable and high‐quality support
Board and Executive Administration Exposure
* Provide temporary support assisting with Stockland Board‐related activity, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver
* Support Board operations including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, Board papers, expenses and travel
* Assist with governance and executive‐level administration
* Attend meetings where required and support follow‐up actions, offering valuable insight into Board and executive workflows

You are confident speaking up, comfortable setting boundaries and proactive in managing workload, while maintaining strong relationships and a positive, solutions‐focused mindset.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence operating at Head‐of and executive level
* Advanced diary, email, travel and expense management skills
* Exposure to Board, governance or executive environments is highly regarded
* High level of discretion, judgement and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication style, with the ability to manage expectations diplomatically
