**Key Responsibility Areas** 
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver Direct marketing campaigns across all brands 
- Ensure program engagement KPIs are maintained against set baselines via continuous test and learn agenda 
- Implement an A/B Testing mindset ensuring constant auditing of marketing campaigns and automated tracks. 
- Remain up to date with industry trends and proactively share these as the group's Marketo SME 
**Perform Day to Day Marketing Campaign support initiatives** 
In collaboration with Branding and digital teams. 
- Collaborate with the Branding teams to deliver promotional and catalogue EDMs, ensuring campaigns are delivered with 
- Drive a campaign improvement road map through: 
- **Customer Segmentation** - Improve message relevance by ensuring a customer segmentation is at the heart of personalised content and campaign builds 
- **Template enablement** - Enable a best in breed block-based template ensuring business users are empowered to efficiently execute tactical campaigns 
- **Cross platform stitching** - Drive an omni channel mentality, enabling a consistent campaign framework across all channels 
- **Nurture/Automated tracks** - Drive a culture to CLC management prioritising scale initiatives to help automate impactful campaigns. 
- Collaborate with broader marketing optimisation team to Identify key opportunities for improvement leading to greater operational efficiencies through the development of technical and/or process related enhancements to the inter departmental process, including but not limited to digital activations, customer onboarding and recovery initiatives 
- Facilitate campaign performance metrics to provide insights into the effectiveness of the group's marketing automation efforts to senior management. 
**Onboard Current Brands & users to Marketing automation Platform** 
In collaboration with the Marketing coordinator - Campaigns (Direct Report): 
- Provide and facilitate ongoing Training to business users and internal SMEs to ensure all user base is kept up to date with new product releases and system improvements 
- Provide support for queries relating to the following: 
- Template usage and optimisation 
- Technical & Data queries 
- E-passports and automated training content 
- Loyalty program's CLC campaigns 
- Trade customer roadshows and data capture 
- Collaborate with Branding teams to migrate relevant brands to the Marketo platform, ensuring we leverage scale across the group 
**Technical Skillset** 
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing Automation platforms 
- Experience in leveraging data and customer segmentation 
- Solid understanding of HTML and block-based Templates 
- Demonstrated experience in AB testing 
- Solid understating of GA and campaigns tagging
