**Be part of a caring, professional environment where your organisation and attention to detail truly impact patient experiences.****We’re seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administration Officer (56 hours per fortnight, including 24-hour shift work) to join the Women & Birthing team at Redland Hospital, Bayside Health Service, where you’ll provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care.**| Occupational group | Administration || Workplace Location | Brisbane - South |**Your new role:**As the Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Women & Birthing team by ensuring efficient service delivery and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:* Managing patient bookings, waiting lists, admissions and referral information with accuracy and care.* Responding to enquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing excellent customer service to patients, staff and visitors.* Updating and maintaining patient records across key hospital systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.* Running reports and preparing documentation to support clinicians and service delivery.* Coordinating front-of-house duties such as greeting visitors and distributing mail.* Supporting the Midwifery Unit Manager and wider team with general administrative tasks.**About you:**To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong mix of customer service focus, teamwork and attention to detail.
