The Role
We're looking for a Pre-Contract Consultant (Tender Presenter) to guide customers through one of the most exciting stages of their home journey. You\'ll ensure customers feel confident, informed, and excited as they review and finalise their home design, inclusions, and pricing.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct tender presentations with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
- Manage updates, changes, and documentation to ensure compliance
- Provide clear explanations of the build process and set expectations confidently
- Maintain up-to-date workflows and ensure documentation is delivered on time
- Uphold Carlisle\'s Customer Charter by providing outstanding service every step of the way
About You:
- You\'ll be a polished communicator who can balance professionalism with warmth. You\'ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence in presenting and guiding customers through complex information
- Excellent customer service skills, with empathy and problem-solving ability
- Previous experience in residential building or related customer service desirable
