Are you an admin all-rounder with a knack for coordination and communication? Join our dedicated Home Care team in our brand new office in downtown Warrnambool and make a real difference every day!
What you’ll do:
* Answer calls & emails from clients and staff
* Schedule & roster Support Workers for home care services
* Match the right staff to the right client – every time
* Keep the roster up to date and gaps filled
* Support the team with admin tasks and friendly service
What we're looking for:
* Strong admin/customer service background
* Confident communicator & problem-solver
* Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
* Rostering or scheduling experience - a bonus
* Tech savvy & ready to learn (we’ll train you!)
* Current or willing to obtain National Police check
