Job Connect is seeking reliable Production Labourers to support a skilled production team at a well-established international manufacturing facility in Wacol. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly by assisting machine operators with materials handling, preparation, and general production support.

About the Role:
Working alongside Production Machine Operators, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting operators with loading raw materials into production equipment
2. Manual handling of materials and product (up to 20kg)
3. Cleaning and maintaining production areas to site standards
4. Preparing materials, packaging and pallets for production and dispatch
5. Supporting quality and housekeeping requirements on the production floor
6. General labouring duties to keep workflows efficient and safe
The role offers:
7. $33–$40 per hour + overtime (dependent on shift)
8. Day shift and Afternoon roles with 6:00am or 2:00pm start, Monday to Friday
9. Ongoing work with long-term potential

An ideal applicant will have:
13. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or labouring roles (preferred)
14. Physically capable and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks

16. Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
17. Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
18. Full Australian working rights
