This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys achieving sales targets while developing and supporting a small team. In this active selling position, you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior sales staff while personally driving the sale of new and used vehicles. A key focus of the role will be to grow the dealership’s local market share and build strong, lasting relationships within the community. You will be empowered to lead by example, demonstrating excellence in customer service and maintaining high-performance sales standards. The role offers a base salary, along with a commission structure, that only has room to grow. The site, is open to negotiations, and will discuss all incentives with candidates during face to face interviews. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a three-hour Saturday shift on a rotating roster. This schedule provides a balanced structure while still allowing you to maintain a strong presence with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistent vehicle sales, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and the ability to inspire and guide a small team.
