The Role
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead (think a blended skillset across a Business Analyst / Project Manager / Product Owner) to join our delivery team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver change across the business.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment-comfortable gathering requirements, leading delivery, and has proven experience driving continuous improvement in our Agile framework.
You'll work across technology, product, and operations to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, business outcomes are clear, and Agile practices continue to mature across teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and delivery plans.
* Lead and manage small to medium projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
* Coach and uplift Agile practices, helping to evolve our delivery framework.
* Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and prioritisation sessions.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and communications across business and technical teams.
* The evaluation and continuous improvement of business systems and processes to improve productivity, reduce errors, improve transparency between teams, and enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
* The ongoing administration of the core business systems.
About You
* Seasoned Business Analyst / Project Manager expertise within financial services or lending.
* System experience across Loan Origination, CRM, Credit systems and servicing.
* Proven experience maturing Agile delivery practices in a small to medium-sized business environment.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
* Ability to balance structure and flexibility in a growing, fast-moving organisation.
* Practical understanding of technology delivery (experience with Jira or similar tools a plus).
