Global Met Tech Pty Ltd is based in Rockingham and is rapidly evolving as a market leader in grinding media and comminution services in the mining and manufacturing market sectors. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and as such, we are looking for a real go getter to join our small Administration team. Salary package dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Reconciliations
- Monthly Sales and Purchase Analysis Reports
- Assist with job costing for tender submission
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Supporting recruitment by scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintaining employee records
Office / Facilities Management
- Ordering and managing office / laboratory supplies and equipment
- Maintaining office / laboratory facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
- Coordinating with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT support)
- Implementing office policies and procedures
International Supply Logistics Coordination
- Arranging and Managing International and Domestic freight
- Scheduling production and monitoring international shipping to ensure freight arrives by the forecasted date
- Complete statutory requirements and documentation pertaining to the importation, exportation, customs, quarantine and taxation requirements for orders
Communication & Coordination
- Acting as a point of contact between staff, management, and external parties
- Distributing internal communications (memos, announcements)
- Assisting with company events or staff training sessions
- Managing office databases and information systems
- Ensuring proper use of office software and equipment
- Assisting with basic IT troubleshooting
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential experience for selection criteria:
- Experience with MYOB including but not limited to managing inventory, sales and purchase orders
- Advanced Excel or complex spreadsheets
- Accounts administration and accounting skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- 2+ year's procurement or contract management experience for domestic and international, including multi-currency contracts and agreements
- Experience with International and Domestic shipping and freight
- Trade or qualification issued by a recognised technical college or tertiary institution
- 2+ years' experience in international and domestic logistics and transport coordination
- International Trade Payment methods
- Tender submissions
